Iris Readings

Oliver, a partner and active member of the community, offers iris readings based on his study of iridology and the public material available around Aajonus' approach.

He has done dozens of iris readings so far. He also has a fairly good understanding of the Primal Diet.

  • Mini reading £20
    Oliver's description:

Takes 10 minutes. A few paragraphs of your biggest 3-5 things in each eye. Doesn't require impeccable photo quality, but medium-decent. Very brief or no health history needed.

  • Full recorded reading £60
    Oliver's description:

Full consults conducted via call (such as Google Meet), where you see what I'm looking at when analysing, can ask questions and provide context to improve the accuracy, and you get a recording and transcript of your consult afterwards. Takes 1.5-2.5 hours. Requires either iris art shop photo quality or professional photographer level photos. Also includes recommendations (e.g. fruits, red:white meat ratio done by palm photos + iridology, some recipes best for your issues) but not an eating schedule.

  • Full written reading £180
    Oliver's description:

    ABOUT WRITTEN IRIDOLOGY READINGS:

Writing an iridology reading whilst taking screenshots to allow you to see your iris annotated, and the act of typing it out, takes me about 3x longer than doing a call with a recording and a transcript. Therefore, I prefer the call. As it takes me at least 3x longer, if you are absolutely insistent on a written reading only, it will be £180, 3x the normal £60. To be wholly honest, this is only to deter written reading requests. I don't expect anyone to pay for it but if your time is worth enough that you can't spare 2h15m for a call, that's your choice. Thank you. :)

  • Questions add-on £15
    Oliver's description:

Follow-up set of 15 to 20 questions after the consult.

Due to increasing demand, the price may increase in the future.

Payment PayPal, bank transfer (UK), crypto (least preferred)

A more detailed description from Oliver about his iridology practice:

How I do iridology

I load your eyes into a software, trace the nerve wreath (gut shape), and lock the charts onto each eye and save it. I made edits to my software to be more accurate to Aajonus' iridology, as well as removing elements that were just for show e.g. skin/lymph rings that just got in the way of seeing things better. I know where the skin and lymph are without a chart.

I have seen many iridologists online saying that pigment colour is determined by the organ in bad health e.g. brown = liver, orange = pancreas, and implying that these pigments are not related to the area they fall in. This is not the way Aajonus did his iridology, nor did Jensen do it this way. Pigment colour is determined by the type of toxicity, and is location specific to the body area it sits in.

I am quite an academic rather than physical person so I pick up mental-oriented skills quickly. I am discovering new things every client I analyse but I can see probably 70% of what Aajonus would look for. My interpretations of what I see are probably 80-90% accurate but I am nowhere near Aajonus' mastery of iridology such as telling you for certain how many vaccines got into an area. I am still young in my ability to perceive subtle colours and patterns, and most importantly try to avoid saying something is certain until I can back it up with evidence from Aajonus or previous clients.

I hope I haven't over inflated my ability here with those percentages. It's like an exponential curve - if I say I can do 70% of what Aajonus did, I mean I can do all the fundamentals, but that last 30% is more and more advanced/difficult and includes ability to translate iridology into a daily diet schedule, and could take years to hone. Basically saying 70% covers the basics and a bit beyond that, whilst the remainder I have to learn will take months to years or even decades.

A testimonial from a client:

"Oliver is a master at the craft of iridology. I had been on the diet for nearly 2 years at this point and still felt like I nearly doubled my knowledge talking to him. He was great at explaining what certain items meant, how it could affect you, and what you could do about it to heal it normally or at the fastest rate possible. His instructions were clear and concise, and I can't wait to talk to him again to see my progress 9-15 months from now."

Comparisons with other iridology readings:

What differs from a classical iridologist reading?

There exist many iridologists, however they are not trained with the Primal Diet in mind. They are very often more vegan-leaning. Aajonus developed his own version of iridology, and although we have limited data on it, there are some guidelines.

What differs from an AI reading?

Leading AI models can do iridology readings, however they contain many mistakes. We have reviewed most of the leading models: SuperGrok Expert, ChatGPT 5.4, Claude Opus 4.6 Extended, Gemini 3.1.

A prompt was given to paid models, and Oliver reviewed the answers, finding many mistakes.

The prompt

"This is the right iris of a 17 year old male. Attempt to describe his 5 health issues and their location and cause in the body. Utilise the iridology of Aajonus Vonderplanitz, rather than any mainstream iridology, as described in the following link: aajonus.net/iridology-notes Attached is also a basic right iris chart to use for location mapping."

Correct results would have been

  • penicillin in small intestine
  • major weakness in mid back (it won't know this but the muscles specifically)
  • minor weakness in the lower back/hip bone
  • kidney very weak
  • bladder issue

ChatGPT 5.4 Thinking with Custom GPT "The Primal Diet by Aajonus Vonderplanitz" See review
1. 2:00-3:00 is correct for the areas given [Correct] Brown or orange yellow colour [Wrong] More so a green-grey colour which indicates any of the following: [Possible] Arsenic (radiant green, unlikely) [Possible] Penicillin (usually green for a whole eye rampant in penicillin, yellow in small spots, unlikely) [Possible] Industrial solvents such as formaldehyde (in vaccines and household products), bleach (and by extension other strong household cleaning products, most likely this) [Possible] Non-mercury metals (e.g. tin) The brown-acidic-thyroid comment is true and comes from Early Training with Aajonus 1996 [Correct] 2. Correct location of stomach [Correct] The over acid stomach halo goes further out in the gut area than is implied by GPT. It implies the pupil border being jagged means over acidity. [Wrong] But it does show over acidity in the image provided, by the subtle white halo visible in the lower left gut area. It's more of a lucky coincidence of being right here. Also many people are over acidic. Yellow = antibiotic toxicity in the intestines in this eye [Correct] 3. 3:30 to 4:30 as right bronchial/chest [Wrong] The right bronchial is on this eye but from 8:00 to 10:00, as well as 8:00-9:00 the chest/ribs and 9:00-10:00 the right lung. 3:30-4:30 is the spine/back and bladder, roughly. 4. Lesion with darkness inside indicates an area of little life / dead tissue [Correct] Kidney/adrenal weakness [Correct] Started to mention lower back but then didn't comment on the large lesion it identified, instead comments on the kidney/adrenal where there are prominent but not as severe lesion(s) 5. 7:30-8:30 is right but vague [Mixed] Liver is around 7:40-7:50 on most people, it could be more specific. Brown spot without fibers in liver area indicates cirrhosis [Mixed] True, also from Early Training with Aajonus 1996 but not present in this eye. Liver is fine in this eye. Ascending colon pocketing/weakness [Correct] Correct, worst in the upper ascending colon. I experience occasional dull minor pains which I believe is detoxification of this area. 6. Contraction furrows/worry circles [Mixed] I have 1-2 major and maybe 1 minor activity ring but they are very subtle, barely visible and I go most days feeling no need to exercise and no anxiety without exercise. Aajonus said 2 activity rings is average in the brain. 4 activity rings in the brain indicates high IQ/creativity. Aajonus says he had 3.

1. Yellow = Penicillin being in intestines [Correct] 2. Early cancer from orange ring [Wrong] Slight orange and brown colours in the stomach area, but not the full orange circle Aajonus explicitly stated meant early into cancer Redemption? Says for a 17 year old it's more likely over acid stomach [Mixed] A 17 year old could have cancer though. 3. Identified lesions in the 25-30 (5:00-6:00) zone, named it as kidney (and bladder) zone, kidney sluggishness [Correct] Unknown contents of toxins inside dark lesions [Correct] (Impressive info-nugget to recall, gets a point) 4. Distinct brown deposits in the liver or abdomen areas [Wrong] (Why do they all say this? It's not even up for debate that area is pretty clean) Identification of brown spots meaning penicillin/vaccine toxicity sealed in by oxidised iron/iodine [Correct] Liver problems [Wrong] 5. Identified lung, bronchial, shoulder area as 48-55 [Correct] roughly accurate but it was identifying the affected area not the entirety of those listed body parts Toxins going intracellular [Wrong] Frayed fibers do not indicate this, Aajonus expanded on it saying when it looks like pointless art and they are all criss-crossing. They don't do this enough in this area to indicate this. See 8:00-9:00 along the iris edge for a better example of this happening. Stored toxicity in that tissue [Correct] True but vague claim, could argue for mercury in the lower to mid lung, and other metals in the upper bronchials. 6. Identifies grey-white colour around the iris edge, bottom half, as scarring/cell death [Wrong] It is a good try but the wrong type of discolouration. The end of the fibers closer to the pupil are a better example of scarring, particularly just above the small circular lesion at about 9:10 on the nerve wreath, and below the large colon ballooning. Lymph rosary with penicillin [Mixed] Could be 100% correct, but it's hard to tell in the image provided, so perhaps a very good reading of it or luck.

Not iridology but pasteurised dairy is simply cooked food lol 1. Views the yellow and orange colours in the gut as cooked food toxicity [Mixed] should consider antibiotics first, but it's a possibility. Jagged collarette [Correct] true observation but doesn't give interpretation of shape as the shaping of the gut (this info may not have been included in prompt so it's ok). collapsed small intestine would be more accurate and correct. ballooning of ascending colon would be accurate and correct too. 2. 11:30-12:30 [Correct] got the brain area correct deep, dark crypts [Correct] correct observation of this area, more accurate than other AIs cause includes vaccines [Correct] most likely explanation besides inherited weakness (not often genetic inheritance but rather being born with weaker areas from toxicity) 3. 7:30-8:30 [Mixed] too large area for the liver/gallbladder (7:45) and abdomen (7:30) darkened radial furrows and structural disarray [Wrong] neither are present there explanation of toxic bile and cooked fats [Correct] seems an okay explanation 4. 9:00-10:00 [Correct] is accurate placement for lung including upper half of bronchials on the right eye white fibers = lymphatic action/inflammation [Wrong] white fibers = scarring/mass cell death/organic debris (a.k.a. the debris of dead cells dissolving) lungs as an emergency exit if detox system is overwhelmed (lymph congested) [Wrong] main areas will be the stomach (nausea/vomit), intestinal tract (diarrhea) in an emergency also a bunch of word slop in this bit: "raw lymphatic cleanses to break down AGEs in lungs; from hardened mucus from cooked starches and pasteurised dairy" needs to be more accurate and coherent here 5. 3:00-6:00 mostly accurate [Mixed] but includes the esophagus and scapula, upper back too. also some other smaller areas. leg is just after or at 6:00 but questionable. should say 4:00-6:00 for the given areas. Lymphatic congestion [Mixed] hard to tell in the provided photo if the discolouration is the lymph rosary or not. if it is, I have a weird one potentially full of dark metals like mercury making it grey? dark structural lacunae (gaps) in fibers in kidney/back zone [Correct] true and true. mid back specifically. lymph congestion from cooked food [Wrong] is not just from any cooked food it's from hydrogenated vegetable oils specifically forcing kidneys to work overtime [Mixed] could be true but then it would imply the kidney is overactive and not very weak like the iridology shows. if the kidney were the only thing keeping the blood clean here I would have worse health issues as that kidney is very weak and would not do a good enough job

Hallucinated some false interpretations in the list at the start like "lesions = dead tissue" sort of.. "that may metastasize" it's not necessarily cancerous Overall thick fibers [Correct] not a bad general statement white streaking [Correct] yellow-orange tints [Correct] subtle brown spots [Wrong] mostly dark orange or subtle green tints, hardly any brown but a tiny bit around the lower ascending colon possibly "no transversals" [Very wrong] my right iris has a massive transversal around 5:15 (iris edge) "no aluminium" [Wrong] definitely a few areas with some heavy white = scarring [Correct] = lymphatic stagnation [Wrong] not where it mentions this heavy white. lymph rosary is usually white but you cannot see it on this photo if I did have one "scarring caused by vaccines" [Correct] well established by Aajonus forced injections incident "...causes by dietary acids" [Wrong] non specific plus pineapple breaks down scar tissue (acidic fruit but still considered alkalising by Aajonus) penicillin toxicity in digestive tract [Correct] specifically mostly the small intestine. can be an important detail that it's here and not in the colon because the colon feeds the brain and nervous system. "liver stagnation from pharma, brown patch)" [Wrong] little or no brown in liver area at all. there is very subtle brown (or green, dark yellow) in the ascending colon area adjacent to the liver area though kidney toxicity [Correct] weakened area, very minor discolourations though yellow pigment [Wrong] little to no yellow in kidney area, possibly in adrenal gland above it thyroid/throat toxicity [Correct] its iodine/sulfur [Wrong] not brown, dark red, or yellow in those areas. some yellow in the bronchus which is adjacent to the thyroid and throat though linking only this area to cancer and saying it's because of an orange pupil ring [Wrong] pupil ring is not linked to one area and my orange (yellow) ring is partial not fully

"0-60 degrees" [Wrong] - transverse colon is more like 330-30 degrees, passing through 0 Over acidic stomach [Correct] - slight white halo, most people are over acidic unless vegan/vegetarian "industrial solvents detoxing after aluminium exposure" [Wrong] completely hallucinated and these are two different substances orange-yellow halo = antibiotic toxicity [Correct] means early developing cancer [Wrong] - Aajonus said a full orange ring not a partial "50-5 degrees" again wrong on angles thin fibers = lower cellular life [Correct] poisons going intracellular [Wrong] misinterpretation of "where fibers go Criss crossing like pointless art means toxins going intracellular" penicillin in nervous system as cause [Wrong] not much penicillin in those weak areas, more likely vaccines or inherited weakness brown spots [Wrong] definitely not in the kidney or bladder area kidney toxicity [Correct] kidney is very weak probably from toxicity but maybe passed on from mother - she had kidney issues when younger from drinking diet coke almost exclusively iron loss from sealing in penicillin [Wrong] no signs of this mercury stored from vaccines [Correct] may be true, just a little in the kidney white dots (indicate infection) [Mixed] there are very few white dots in the lung area aluminium [Correct] colouring in the lung area could be aluminium sulfur [Wrong] no yellow-orange in lung scarring [Wrong] no sign of scarring pelvic hemorrhage or iron deposits [Wrong] no such signs there
What about in the Primal Diet community?

People in the community get interested in iridology due to the nature of Primal Diet, but very few of them have started doing readings seriously, or are retired.

The only person who has had access to much more of Aajonus' iridology materials is Dave, but his service is several orders of magnitude more expensive. A note: His readings are of very good quality and benefit from exclusive insights, but Oliver's readings are as extensive in scope.
