Iris Readings
Last updated:
Oliver, a partner and active member of the community, offers iris readings based on his study of iridology and the public material available around Aajonus' approach.
He has done 50+ iris reading consults so far.
He also has a fairly good understanding of the Primal Diet. Oliver is on
the Primal Diet, sometimes fully, sometimes 60% due to current work constraints.
In addition to his services, Oliver provides a “How to take iris picture” guide and “Iridology guide” all for free on this page, as well as many interesting comparisons with classical and AI iridology.

How I discovered Aajonus
I was 15, it's 2022. I was laying in bed one night and discovered a rock hard lump about the size of a marble in my lower left abdomen/upper left groin.
Extra context: I was a Paul Saladino fan at the time. I had a friend who worked in cybersecurity and said he has got a scammers Bitcoin wallet with 85BTC, worth £1.1M at the time.
I knew if it were cancer I wouldn't want to get regular chemotherapy and radiation.
I had seen a video of Tristan Tate talking about how wealthy people have access to private chemotherapy options where biopsies of cancer are tested with many chemotherapy drugs, not available publicly, to see which is most effective.
I emailed Andrew Tate's direct email asking for the name of the private healthcare company offering this service. Tate's email manager replied asking about my “situation, G.” I explained and he referred me to another guy, who sent me We Want to Live as a PDF rather than naming the company.
I was annoyed he wouldn't tell me the company name but read the book anyway. I almost quit at the “turned inside out with a pop and became a black hole, etc. etc.” experience Aajonus mentions, especially as he stated he knew it wasn't a hallucination.
I kept reading. That was around January 2023. Here we are.

How I got into Iridology & Plans for the near future
It is May of 2025 now. I am on a cruise ship long weekend holiday. One night I see an area with a brand called IrisGalerie. I remember hearing about iridology from reading We Want to Live and other Aajonus sources. I choose to get photos taken and printed (original framed photo below). I have no idea how to analyse it.
July of 2025 and I found someone who offered iridology in exactly Aajonus' style, even claiming to have a secret document about his iridology techniques from a friend of Aajonus, Louis. It was none other than Bruceisprimal. I paid him $150USD whilst on a different holiday. He took a while but eventually send me a PDF report. First time I read it I was oblivious and thought I saw some accuracies. In hindsight, it was 100% ChatGPT which I realised after a few days to weeks. So I'm down $150 and no closer to knowing anything about iridology. Who else is there? David.
David is on Instagram and seems to offer iridology, I messaged him a few times to no avail. I also tried Sara but she had been inactive for a while by then. Eventually I decided the only person I could rely on was me so I began studying what I could on aajonus.net, looked at my families irises, did free readings for people on Telegram, used Bernard Jensen's book to aid understanding but take it with a grain of salt, and eventually began charging £10 per reading, £20 for priority.
I became more and more confident as I saw more irises and got to a point of reasonably good ability. I think many people could match what I do in just a month of seeing lots of irises, it's mostly exposure to lots of examples that helps you differentiate between similar signs, and see less obvious ones.
That being said I'm still a beginner, I need to both study aajonus material a lot more so I understand the diet even better like Rom, and then either (ideally both):
- Study consults aajonus did for people when the files are released.
- Copy Aajonus and study 100s to 1000s of people's irises (and palms) along with taking in health histories to compare.
This (#2) is what I plan to do for the next 6+ months by buying a camera setup and going into high footfall areas and offering free photos to people who write and sign an anonymous health history form.
I only plan to increase my price once I have considerably increased not only my theoretical knowledge, but also my practical application of this studying. I want to see things people don't even know they have which could be verifiable, like tumours.
At-a-glance: with vs. without Rom's coaching
| Provider | Questions add-on£15 | Mini reading£20 | Full recorded reading£60 | Full written reading£180 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| | £15 | £20or free | £60 | £180 |
| R | £15Free | £20Free | £60Free | £180Free |
With Rom's monthly coaching, Oliver's iris reading price is fully deducted from the combined total — effectively free. With Rom's one-time consult instead, $20 is taken off the combined total.
- Mini reading £20 or free approx. $27 €23 Oliver's description:Takes 10 minutes. £20 version: I write a couple paragraphs of the most visible 3-5 things in each eye. Doesn't require impeccable photo quality, but medium-decent. Very brief or no health history needed. Free version: Alternatively, the mini reading is free if you agree to let your iris be posted on TikTok, in which case I go over all the immediately visible iris signs.
- Full recorded reading £60 approx. $81 €69 Oliver's description:Takes 1.5-2.5 hours. The full iris reading is done by video, and includes transcription (by AI) and summary of the reading. It is conducted via call (such as Google Meet), where you see what I'm looking at when analysing, can ask questions and provide context to improve the accuracy. If you do not want to do it via a call, then I will still record a video of the iris reading, you will just not be able to ask questions while I'm doing it. Requires either iris art shop photo quality or professional photographer level photos. Also includes recommendations (e.g. fruits, red:white meat ratio done by palm photos + iridology, some recipes best for your issues) but not an eating schedule.
- Full written reading £180 approx. $244 €208 Oliver's description:
ABOUT WRITTEN IRIDOLOGY READINGS:
Writing an iridology reading whilst taking screenshots to allow you to see your iris annotated, and the act of typing it out, takes me about 3x longer than doing a call with a recording and a transcript. Therefore, I prefer the call. As it takes me at least 3x longer, if you are absolutely insistent on a written reading only, it will be £180, 3x the normal £60. To be wholly honest, this is only to deter written reading requests. I don't expect anyone to pay for it but if your time is worth enough that you can't spare 2h15m for a call, that's your choice. Thank you. :)
- Questions add-on £15 approx. $20 €17 Oliver's description:
Follow-up set of 15 to 20 questions after the consult.
Upgrading your iris reading
If you start with a lower-tier reading and later choose a higher tier, what you already paid is deducted from the higher-tier price. For example, if you get a mini reading first and later book a full recorded reading, you only pay the £40 difference, so the total paid is still £60.
Joint offer with Rom's coaching
If you have an iris reading from Oliver:
- you get $20 off Rom's one-time Primal Diet™ consult ($200-$20 = $180)
- you get $70 off for 1 month of Rom's Primal Diet™ continuous coaching
Payment PayPal, bank transfer (UK), crypto (least preferred) Prices are set in GBP. USD and EUR amounts are approximate conversions shown only for convenience. Due to increasing demand, the price may increase in the future.

Striking examples of iridology
Concrete examples from Oliver's iris readings, showing what he noticed in the iris and what it matched in the person's history or symptoms.
Patterns matching known weaknesses and history
- 4:30: Back weakness aligns to weak back muscles.
- 5:15: Transversal fiber in bladder area aligns to minor bladder problems.
- Small intestine: Yellow in small intestine only aligns with several doses of oral antibiotics, amoxicillin, from ages 2 to 9.
- Left gut area: Ascending colon has weak spots, and Oliver gets mild pains there sometimes.
Leg area degeneration matching repeated injury
This is the iris of an athlete who is on the complete Primal Diet.
His problem was that his leg kept getting injured. He took a 3 weeks break but still couldn't fully recover.
We asked him to show his iris, and lo and behold, his leg area (at the bottom) shows degeneration.
This confirmed to him that he needed more rest and couldn't stress his leg all the time presently, even on the complete Primal Diet.
Brown eye with liver scarring and toxic deposit
Brown eye: Right iris, liver is all scarred and has a toxic deposit. Person drinks regularly and has done for decades, without addiction, does not do well eating fatty foods at all.
Blue eye matching IBS and antibiotic use
Blue eye: Immediately suspected IBS and antibiotic use and was correct.
Smoking history suspected
Suspected some smoking and was right.
Smoking and grey city-air exposure
Suspected smoking again correct. Suspected living near an airport or industry because of grey colour - was actually a big city with lots of chemtrails.
Left shoulder and neck area matching tumour
Saw very dead area in left shoulder/neck. Small tumour on the left of the neck.
Lung scarring, ear deposit, and thyroid confirmation
Grouped examples from the same anonymous person.
- Tons of scar tissue in upper and lower thirds of the lung.
- Health history included a "shadow" in the lung from a scan showing a shadow.
- Ear infections often.
- Worse in this ear, which shows a definite mercury deposit through the ear (upper right).
Follow-up message from the same person confirming that Oliver also got low thyroid correct, along with long-running cravings for ice cream and tomato foods.
Communication-center findings from both eyes
Two images from the same anonymous person grouped together.
- Autism, brown throughout left communication center.
- Right communication center more deadened.
Closed lesion opening
Oliver presents these photos as proof that iridology is real. There are 11 days between the last two photos, with his raw milk detox process matching the change and the lesion clearly shown healing.
Photo 1 (May 5th 2025)
He had been drinking raw milk on average 1 week a month for 1.5 years, sometimes not at all for a month if he couldn't afford it. He also had occasional raw cream and raw meat. Circled area: Ascending colon, closed lesion. Indicates toxins are stored in a closed-off region to avoid damaging nearby tissue.
Photo 2 (December 18th 2025)
He had been drinking raw milk daily for about 4-5 months, between 1L and 1.5L a day. Up until this time he still had slightly more raw meat than before. At the time of this photo he had just stopped going through a gut detoxification, with pains in the ascending colon/appendix region and bile excreted a couple times, a few days earlier. Circled area: Lesion has opened, showing the closed-off toxic area has opened and released toxins to be removed. Also noticeably stronger and straighter fibers outside the gut area adjacent to the lesion, left of it.
Photo 3 (December 29th 2025)
Circled area: Lesion almost fully disappeared, faintly visible with new fibers filling in and the protruding bit of the wreath, on the outer side of the original lesion, flattening out into a more circular shape. When the detoxification had finished, he felt both more energetic and a lot happier throughout the day, more so than before it started and not just because the pain/discomfort was gone.
Testimonials
Got so much more than I anticipated. Firstly, received overview of condition of basically every part of my body. My weakest points, for example, turned out to be stomach lining, gallbladder, brain, left kidney, pancreas and ascending & descending colon - a lot of scarring and toxins in these tissues. It was nice to get proof that the organs I suspected were indeed damaged while at the same time I wasn't aware that some of other organs were also impacted but now that I think about it, it makes sense that they are.
Secondly, I got all my questions (which I had quite a few) answered at the end.
And thirdly, I got remedy recommendations that were tailored spefically for my health problems and actionable plan with goals what to do. Some of the things I was given were specific healing food formulas, as well as instructions on how to gain weight (since I am underweight, the possible reasons for that were also given by the way) and how to do hot baths (which parts are the most important to submerge in water vs let the body use it to cool down).
Of course no one can reach Aajonus level of knowledge but I believe this is as close as you can get to that. Also he seems to be keen to keep learning and anyone who is providing your iris images with context alone can help him learn and develop this field further so he can help people even more.
In addition to that, it is great way to track your healing progress or perhaps to identify areas that need more attention. I asked and Oliver said he is open to comparing iris images side-to-side after 6 months or 1 year from now. This way I will be able to directly see what worked and what needs to be changed or added in my regimen.
Price wise, I feel like this was one of the best investments I have made for my health. I have spent so much money in the past on various traditional health diagnostic tools and it provided only surface level information while this one showed actual condition of almost all of my body parts for a relatively small amount of money. While also providing a plan on what to do about it.
Excited to implement all the recommendations and do this again after 6 months or 1 year and give the update then.
"Oliver is a master at the craft of iridology. I had been on the diet for nearly 2 years at this point and still felt like I nearly doubled my knowledge talking to him. He was great at explaining what certain items meant, how it could affect you, and what you could do about it to heal it normally or at the fastest rate possible. His instructions were clear and concise, and I can't wait to talk to him again to see my progress 9-15 months from now."

How to take iris pictures
Original PDF: DIY Iridology Photography
The 3 Options for Taking Photos
These are in order of preference. 1 is best, 2 is good enough when done right, and 3 is good but 99.9% of the time, the shops crop the outer 10-20% of the iris for some reason, and the sclera is obviously not visible.
Option 1 - Professional Photographer
I have not gone out of my way to find a photographer yet, but if you want to go down this route, find someone who does macrophotography in your area. Examples of macro-photography:
(stock)
@macro.photos.only IG
This type of photographer will be best equipped for iridology photos. Here is an example of a setup for best lighting/quality, and an example of an iris photo done this way, different guy same photographer/iridologist (@alway5isnow IG stories, 'Oscar' and 'Mayo' respectively):
Aajonus Pictures
Things to ask for:
- No image cropping (easy)
- Lighting as done above
- Light reflection centered inside the pupil (no obstruction of iris) - can then edit the reflection out if you like
- True colours (no editing or may need minimal colour correction, have the photographer show you the colour correction and why it shows true colour better)
- Alignment - try to have your chin and the camera on a flat surface to make the image straighter. If you have access to a headrest like in either photo, use it
Option 2 - Best Smartphone Guide
What you will need:
- 2 smartphones, one having a very good camera, the other having a torch (all smartphones) but more ideally one that can be turned brighter and dimmer
- A windowless room (any windows, outside light will cause unwanted reflections)
- A second person to take the photo, who knows how to focus a smartphone camera
Method:
Before starting: Get the second person to find the perfect distance from your eye to take the photo from, do some practices anywhere to test the resolution. You may find you need to use 2x zoom to maintain a good distance.
- Make sure the room is completely dark. If it has windows, you would need blackout blinds/curtains that let near-zero light in. If the window is on one side only you may get away with just facing away from it and having the curtains/blinds shut.
- Get the smartphone with the excellent camera and have the second person ready to the take photo as practiced earlier
- You, the person having the iris photos taken, holds the 2nd smartphone with the torch on, dimmed a little if necessary but kept as bright as you can tolerate. Hold this second phone so that the torch is as close to the camera of the other phone as possible. This is so that it is pointed straight at you rather than from the side, minimising shadows/highlights that distort the quality for iridology.
- Take a few photos and choose the best one.
- Repeat for the other eye.
P.S. The reason for using 2 smartphones is that the pupil needs to be as contracted as possible for the best reading. If you use one smartphone with the flash on, you are more likely to blink when the photo happens.
Option 3 - Iris Art Shop (+Homemade Photos)
Although I've done these photos 3 times, I wouldn't actually recommend it. If you simply cannot figure out or have a good enough phone to take good photos with Option 2, do option 2 and get this done to pair it with.
Iris Galerie - The shop I've used. Some places may want you to book for 2 people if you want both eyes done, which you do. This is because they often get people come in to get one eye done as artwork, not both. Ask for minimal editing and that you're getting it done for an iridologist to analyse. Be careful: they may apply editing on your photo that covers the gaps in your iris, which would make the photo inaccurate in some areas for a reading, make sure they do not do this. You can do your best to ask them not to crop any outer edge of the iris, but it probably won't work. Show this photo to show them you want it cropped no smaller than this white circle:
Benefits
- No need to find a photographer
- Guaranteed quality
- Inexpensive if done only every 6-12 months
Drawbacks
- Often crops skin area out entirely, lymphatic system out partially to entirely, sclera out entirely every time
- This company does not offer raw photos (unedited ones sent along with edited ones due to their policies). Some other smaller iris art companies may. Search on Google Maps for 'eye art' or 'iris art' or 'iris photography'

A more detailed description from Oliver about his iridology practice:
How I do iridology
I load your eyes into a software, trace the nerve wreath (gut shape), and lock the charts onto each eye and save it. I made edits to my software to be more accurate to Aajonus' iridology, as well as removing elements that were just for show e.g. skin/lymph rings that just got in the way of seeing things better. I know where the skin and lymph are without a chart.
I have seen many iridologists online saying that pigment colour is determined by the organ in bad health e.g. brown = liver, orange = pancreas, and implying that these pigments are not related to the area they fall in. This is not the way Aajonus did his iridology, nor did Jensen do it this way. Pigment colour is determined by the type of toxicity, and is location specific to the body area it sits in.
I am quite an academic rather than physical person so I pick up mental-oriented skills quickly. I am discovering new things every client I analyse but I can see probably 70% of what Aajonus would look for. My interpretations of what I see are probably 80-90% accurate but I am nowhere near Aajonus' mastery of iridology such as telling you for certain how many vaccines got into an area. I am still young in my ability to perceive subtle colours and patterns, and most importantly try to avoid saying something is certain until I can back it up with evidence from Aajonus or previous clients.
I hope I haven't over inflated my ability here with those percentages. It's like an exponential curve - if I say I can do 70% of what Aajonus did, I mean I can do all the fundamentals, but that last 30% is more and more advanced/difficult and includes ability to translate iridology into a daily diet schedule, and could take years to hone. Basically saying 70% covers the basics and a bit beyond that, whilst the remainder I have to learn will take months to years or even decades.
Comparisons with other iridology readings
There exist many iridologists, however they are not trained with the Primal Diet in mind. They are very often more vegan-leaning. Aajonus developed his own version of iridology, and although we have limited data on it, there are some guidelines.
See concrete examples Hide concrete examples
Comparison of Aajonus' iridology with typical social media iridology, as see on pages like these:
Coloured Markings, Central Heterochromia
(orange/yellow ring around pupil)
Area of poor circulation Linked to liver Doesn't mean the area is toxic or diseased Not getting nutrients or eliminating waste
Orange markings: Pancreas related regardless of bodily area (1)
Brown markings: Liver pigments Doesn't matter which body area they appear in, means liver
Yellow markings: Kidney related regardless of bodily area (2)
Brown areas can sometimes be cancerous, or overacidity
Brown: Drugs, penicillin
Black: Mercury
Silver-lavendar: Aluminium
Grey in general: Metals
Radiant Green: Arsenic
Green: DDT, Pesticides, Industrial Solvents, (inferred: Household Cleaning Products)
Orange, yellow: Sulfur, penicillin
Dark red/red-brown: Iodine, iron
Black encased in brown: Mercury sealed by iodine/iron
Purple: Radiation
Bright red: Hemhorrage
Central heterochromia: Full orange ring around pupil = heading toward cancer even if no tumours formed yet Often penicillin. Could maybe be contributed by cooked food toxins - needs more research.
Wavy Fibers
Connective tissue issues (2)
Fibers in some images are wavy because the light isn't bright enough and the pupil is not contracted enough - adjust perception accordingly
Connective tissue (and skin) are shown by the outer iris. Example of someone with very dry, easily bruised/cut skin:
Lacunae (gaps in fibers)
Not inherently bad or good Can mean a great empathetic ability Not inherently weak (1)
The deeper, wider, darker the gaps the lower the cellular life in that area. The example to the left is my iris, is the mid back area. My mid back muscles have been weak since before I knew about iridology - my deadlift was always weaker than my squat. From this and other examples including a quote from Aajonus I determined the inner lacunae (closer to the nerve wreath) are muscular in areas that have muscle tissue (e.g. back, bladder, diaphragm, shoulder, neck and NOT kidney, adrenal, brain)
Sclera
Yellow = Liver related, stagnant bile (2)
Sclera = Many areas of the body (2)
✅ Very similar - just that there is a lot of bile in the system - jaundice. Medical doctors agree with this 'iridology' sign as a sign of jaundice if pronounced, if subtle they may not accept it.
Sclera = Bone marrow
Do irises change over time?
Yes (1), (2), (American/Jensen branch of iridology)
No (European branch of iridology)
Yes but even more than others think.
Eyes should be fully blue or fully amber, not 'mixed' where there is for example blue with orange around the pupil, or amber with brown around the pupil.
One woman who grew up on microwave food and McDonald's went from dark brown (with true blue underneath shown in activity rings) to hazel eyes in roughly 1.5 years which revealed cancers of the breast, kidney, and hip. Done via 35lb weight-gain-loss cycles of 3 months (112lbs to 140lbs)
Green eyes
Green is not a true eye colour, it's yellow mixed over a blue eye all over Yellow that makes it green is kidney related (2)
Green is not a true eye colour, it means penicillin is rampant all through the body (makes sense that in localised spots it is yellow, so yellow everywhere mixed onto blue = green)
Leading AI models can do iridology readings, however they contain many mistakes. We have reviewed most of the frontier models: Claude Opus 4.6 Extended, SuperGrok Expert, ChatGPT 5.4, Gemini 3.1.

A prompt was given to paid models, and Oliver reviewed the answers, finding many mistakes.
The prompt
Correct results would have been
- penicillin in small intestine
- major weakness in mid back (it won't know this but the muscles specifically)
- minor weakness in the lower back/hip bone
- kidney very weak
- bladder issue

- Based on the number of correct and incorrect marks in Oliver's notes.
- Oliver also thinks that if it was forced to give details about every body part it would hallucinate more.
People in the community get interested in iridology due to the nature of Primal Diet, but very few of them have started doing readings seriously, or are retired.
The only person who has had access to much more of Aajonus' iridology materials is Dave, but his service is several orders of magnitude more expensive. A note: His readings are of very good quality and benefit from exclusive insights, but Oliver's readings are as extensive in scope.
