Refund Policy

Canceling is not a refund

Cancel anytime in the Telegram bot or the Stripe billing portal. That stops the next charge. It does not refund the period already paid.

When we refund

Payments are not refundable except:

  • a valid withdrawal below;
  • a verified duplicate or erroneous charge; or
  • a refund the law requires.

Withdrawal

By clicking below, I expressly request immediate access before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. If I withdraw during that period, my access will end immediately and I will pay the proportionate amount for the service supplied until withdrawal. I acknowledge that I lose the withdrawal right if the service is fully performed.

For each new or restarted subscription, open the bot and confirm Withdraw from contract through 23:59:59 UTC on the 15th calendar day after the payment day (that payment day is not counted). No reason is needed. Access ends immediately. We refund the unused part of the first payment and keep only the used part. If the bot is unavailable, email contact@primal-diet.net before the deadline. A normal renewal does not start a new window.
