Seller

These Terms are between you and Colby Merryweather, Iowa, United States. Questions: contact@primal-diet.net, @CMerryweather, or @leclayrom.

Subscription

This is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. Stripe shows the price and any tax before you pay. Cancel anytime in the Telegram bot or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops later charges at the end of the paid period and does not refund that period.

Refunds

Payments are not refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

Withdrawal

By clicking below, I expressly request immediate access before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. If I withdraw during that period, my access will end immediately and I will pay the proportionate amount for the service supplied until withdrawal. I acknowledge that I lose the withdrawal right if the service is fully performed.

For each new or restarted subscription you may withdraw without a reason. The payment day is not counted. You may withdraw through 23:59:59 UTC on the 15th following calendar day. Confirming Withdraw from contract ends that subscription and access immediately. We keep only the proportionate amount for time used after access was available and refund the rest of the first payment. A normal renewal does not start a new window.

These Terms are governed by the law of Iowa, United States. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.
