Subscribed within the last 14 days?
Do not cancel below. You have a withdrawal right instead, which refunds the unused part of your first payment — cancelling forfeits it. See Withdrawal within 14 days.
Open your billing portal
Open the Stripe billing portal. Enter the email address you used when you subscribed and Stripe sends you a one-time sign-in link. The link arrives from Stripe, not from us.
In the portal you can:
- view and download every invoice;
- update the card you pay with; and
- cancel your membership.
Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded. See the Refund Policy. The portal shows your status immediately; we do not send a separate confirmation email.
If you still use Telegram
The bot does the same things, plus the 14-day withdrawal. Open it and use Billing & invoices or Cancel renewal.
If the portal cannot find you
Stripe matches the email address on your billing record, which is the one you typed at checkout. If no sign-in link arrives, check that address first, then email contact@primal-diet.net and we will cancel it for you. This is also the route to use if you no longer have the Telegram account you subscribed with.
To help us find your subscription, include the email address you paid with and, if you have them, the date and amount of your last payment. We may ask for one more detail from your Stripe receipt before changing anything, so that nobody else can cancel your membership.
Withdrawal within 14 days
A new or restarted subscription can be withdrawn without a reason through 23:59:59 UTC on the 15th calendar day after the payment day. That is a refund of the unused part of the first payment, not an ordinary cancellation, and it ends access immediately.
Confirm Withdraw from contract in the bot. If you cannot use the bot, email contact@primal-diet.net before the deadline — the time your email arrives is the time that counts.
